In the past, the program was open to middle school aged boys in Central Ohio Middle Schools. The Leadership Institute is composed of character building lessons designed to boost self-awareness and esteem; Goal setting sessions which empower students to set short and long term goals. This program takes place at Central Ohio Middle Schools. Students will meet one day per week for one school quarter, or the entire school year.
